About the Club

Are you ready to experience the best in summer fun, close to home? What could be better than relaxing next to the pool, feet up, kids active and entertained, enjoying a snack from the concession stand while you enjoy free wi-fi and a chance to read a book or catch up with old friends?

This is what the Willows Swim Club is all about – community, convenience and connection.

Our pool club opens for the season at 12 noon on the Saturday before Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day, with the exception of inclement weather. Pool hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with some exceptions.

Located on a six-acre site, the Willows Swim Club consists of the following:

Two swimming pools surrounded by a concrete walkway within a secure, two-acre fenced-in area.

  • A kiddie pool with a mushroom-shaped fountain

  • A Z-shaped main pool with two diving boards and six 25-meter lanes in the main area of the pool

    The main pool also has a 30’ x 30’ wading/non-swimming area that is three-feet deep and a diving tank area that is 35’ x 35’ and has a maximum depth of 11 feet. The central portion of the pool is 83’ x 42’ and varies from three to five feet.

Three acres of dedicated recreational and open space, including;

  • Two shuffleboard courts, a regulation basketball court, two tennis courts, two handball/paddleball courts and ping-pong.
  • A sanded area with wooded playground equipment. (An additional playground set for younger children is adjacent to the kiddie pool).
  • Open areas for games and activities. The Willows Swim Club has an extensive array of activities scheduled throughout the summer featuring kids’ nights, contests, arts and crafts, story time and more. One hundred tables and umbrella sets and 500+ chairs and lounge chairs are available for member use in addition to the picnic and shaded area.

The main building/club house (above) contains an office, dressing rooms, hot and cold showers, restroom and food concessions.

Our History

The Willows Swim Club was built and incorporated in 1960. It has remained a members-owned, cooperative facility since the day it opened. We limit memberships to 285 bonded families so even on the busiest weekends, you can enjoy a comfortable environment.

The club is managed by a nine-person Board of Trustees who are elected by the club’s membership. Click on the link below for more information about the way we operate the swim club, and how you can get involved if you choose.

Memories of The Way We Were. Smiles We Never Leave Behind.

Ah! Summers spent at the neighborhood pool club. Carefree, traffic free and relaxing for adults, and a whole lot of fun for the kids, too. “Hanging out at the Willows pool” in the summer months was a way of life when we opened 60 years ago. It still is now, but with many facility upgrades and a calendar full of today’s most popular pool and other recreational activities!
