Rules for the Pavilion Rental
- An after hours party request may only be submitted by a Swim Club member, 18 years of age or older.
- All guests of the party are expected to adhere to the rules of the Swim Club.
- A list of guests must be provided indicating which expected attendees are a member and which are not.
- Refunds are at the manager’s discretion due to inclement weather. If you wish to cancel, you must call the morning of your party.
DJs, Live Music, & Alcohol Prohibited
To ensure a respectful environment for all members and comply with local ordinances, the Willows Swim Club enforces the following policies:
- No DJs or Live Music: Due to South Brunswick’s noise ordinance, we do not allow DJs or live music at private parties. Any violation of this ordinance will result in a $500 fine, which will be the responsibility of the event host. The host’s name will be provided to local authorities if noise complaints are received.
- No Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on club property.
