- Availability: Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Commitment: Availability in late August and early September is crucial, even for those involved in fall sports or activities.

Positions Available:
- Camp Director/Associate Director: Lead vibrant summer programs, crafting unforgettable experiences for campers at Willows Camp. Develop and implement diverse activities that promote fun and learning. Preference for those with teaching and educational experience. (must be available July & into late August)
- Lifeguard: Ensure the safety and well-being of Willows Swim Club members by vigilantly monitoring pool areas. Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a secure environment. Lifeguard certification is required.
- Director of Member Experience and Club Operations: Oversee the seamless operation and enhancement of member experiences at Willows Swim Club. A commitment to excellent service and operational efficiency is essential. Candidates should be willing to obtain or possess a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate.
- Front Desk Associate: Provide a warm welcome and efficient service at the Willows Swim Club front desk. Handle inquiries, manage reservations, and maintain an organized workspace, contributing to a positive member experience.
